Remembering that Jesus is the Light of the World
Hello Church Family,
We are so pleased to offer our annual Kids Camp once again! It is a week filled with fun music, silly skits, exciting activities and most importantly, the gospel of Jesus! Every year, the Lord blesses us with wonderful volunteers who share the gospel with campers through their words and actions. It is also a week for building relationships with children within our church, with their friends, and with community members. We hope that our camp will be filled with children who rarely hear the gospel preached or who are hearing it for the first time.
This year, our theme is Illumination Station, remembering that Jesus is the light of the world! He is God’s Promised, Perfect, Powerful, and Proven Son. He is God’s Plan for forgiveness. We hope that your children, family, friends, and neighbours will be able to experience these truths through Kids Camp 2026.
This program is being offered each morning, July 6-10, for kids that have completed JK to Grade 5. Register here before June 12 to receive early bird pricing. Although this is a morning-only program, you may register your child(ren) for an afternoon program held at New City Church through our partners, EPIC and Onside. Click here to register for the afternoon sessions. Children participating in New City’s morning program will be supervised as they transition to EPIC and Onside’s afternoon program.
We have been able to bless families that need support with discounted or free camp experiences because of generous donations. Please consider donating items, giving to our special offering on May 31, or giving now by clicking here and selecting “Kids Camp” in the drop down menu. Stay tuned for a donations list to come in our weekly digest.
We would also love to have you join us as a volunteer! We are looking for people to create decorations, set up on July 5, prepare food, supervise children, run activities, and teardown on July 10. Please email Catherine (kids@newcityhamilton.com) if you are interested in serving on the team!
