Spiritual Health Assessment

Dear Church,

While we are often quick to assess our physical health, we are often less likely to assess our spiritual health. But our spiritual health is just as important, if not more so, than our physical health.

It is, however, often much more difficult to accurately assess our spiritual health. Proverbs 20:5 says, "The purpose in a man's heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out."

Consider this assessment as a simple tool to begin drawing out the contours of your heart. It is not meant to be an exhaustive or exclusive tool, but a way to get a quick snapshot of how you currently view your spiritual well-being.

The assessment is anonymous and the individual results will not be made available to the elders or staff. But you will need to enter your email address to receive the results of your assessment.

We are asking all members and regular attenders of New City to complete this assessment. Your staff and elders will review the "big picture" results of the assessment to get a snapshot of our congregation's spiritual health. The big picture results will be published in the weeks to come.

The assessment should only take 6-10 minutes to complete. Please complete the assessment by September 21, 2025.
