We are asking all members and regular attenders of New City to complete this assessment. Your staff and elders will review the "big picture" results of the assessment to get a snapshot of our congregation's spiritual health. The big picture results will be published in the weeks to come.

The assessment should only take 6-10 minutes for most people. Please complete the assessment by September 27, 2025.
