Psalm 99 can be outlined in two parts: holiness enthroned and holiness encountered.

¹ I will sing of steadfast love and justice;
    to you, O Lord, I will make music.
² I will ponder the way that is blameless.
    Oh when will you come to me?
I will walk with integrity of heart
    within my house;

Psalm 101:1-2

 Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.

² Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Psalm 98 shows us that we can rejoice as we look upon the Lord’s great salvation, the People’s joyous praise and Creation’s rapturous song.
